Job Overview :
Refrens is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team and assist in the development and enhancement of our CRM software. You will work closely with clients, understand their unique needs, provide insights to the sales team, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver key improvements to our CRM offering. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on a product that supports businesses in managing their customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research & Insights : Conduct in-depth research on client needs, market trends, and competitor CRM products to inform feature development and product positioning.
- Client Interaction : Engage directly with clients to gather feedback on CRM performance, identify pain points, and understand their evolving business requirements.
- Collaboration : Communicate client feedback to both the sales and product teams, supporting the development and refinement of CRM features. Ensure smooth coordination across teams from ideation to product release.
- Product Support : Assist in defining CRM product specifications, track product performance post-launch, and work closely with the product team to iterate based on user feedback and market demands.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or business analysis (experience in SaaS, especially CRM software, is a plus).Strong communication, research, and analytical skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.What We Offer :
