The Job
We are seeking an experienced Airbnb Superhost with a proven track record of managing successful short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hosting experience, consistently high guest ratings, and the ability to manage operations, guest communication, and property presentation at a professional level.
You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maximizing occupancy and revenue through smart hosting practices, marketing, and operational excellence.
This role is employed by Lion Group and assigned full time to Keey
Manage all aspects of Airbnb property hosting, from guest inquiries to post-stay reviewsMaintain Superhost status through excellent guest satisfaction and consistent performanceOversee booking management, pricing strategies, and occupancy optimizationCoordinate property cleaning, maintenance, and staging to ensure top guest experienceHandle guest communications with professionalism and timelinessImplement creative strategies to boost property visibility and ranking on AirbnbProvide monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, and improvementsThe Profile
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataMinimum 4 years of proven experience as an Airbnb Superhost (with verified Superhost status preferred)Strong track record of 5-star guest reviews and high occupancy ratesExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience with property management tools, pricing strategies, and guest communication platformsAbility to coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and local service providersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and take ownership of resultsThe Employer
