ITSM Process Owner (ServiceNow)

📍 India / Remote

💼 Full-time / Contract

We’re looking for an experienced ITSM Process Owner to lead the design, governance, and optimization of IT Service Management processes on ServiceNow .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).
  • Act as ServiceNow ITSM subject matter expert, driving automation and best practices.
  • Define KPIs / SLAs and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in ITSM, with 3+ years on ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL / ServiceNow certifications preferred.
