About the Role :
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead and grow sales for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The right person should have real estate sales experience and be good at building strong relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full sales process for residential and commercial projects
- Find leads through brokers, agents, and marketing efforts
- Give property presentations, take clients for site visits, and close sales deals
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and high-net-worth buyers
- Work with the marketing team to match campaigns with sales goals
- Keep an eye on the market, understand competitors, and improve sales plans based on client feedback
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work with other teams to complete sales and hand over projects smoothly
- Prepare and share regular sales updates and reports
Candidate Requirements :
3 to 9 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skillsCan work alone or in a team in a fast-moving work environmentExperience with HNI clients and broker networks is a big plusMust have a graduate degree; MBA / PG in Marketing is an added advantageGood knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeSkills Required
