Role Summary

We are hiring a Workday Studio Integration Lead (or Senior Consultant ) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations (HCM / Finance) using Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors , APIs , and more. You will lead technical integration efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior developers to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration design and implementation for Workday and external systems (ERP, payroll, 3rd-party apps) using Workday Studio , EIB , APIs , and Document Transformation.
• Build reusable frameworks and best practices for Workday Studio integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define integration requirements and data transformation logic.
• Create technical design documents (HLD, LLD, Interface Specs, etc.).
• Review design / code, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Lead development, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Support SIT , UAT , resolve defects, and oversee post-production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Drive adoption of new Workday features like Workday Extend and Orchestrate .
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and client discussions.
