The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate or postgraduate in Civil / Structural Engineering with a strong academic record, good scores in +2 board exams, passion to build a career in structural consultancy, strong fundamentals in structural mechanics and RCC / Steel design, excellent learning attitude, and team orientation.

You will assist senior engineers in structural design and analysis, support preparation of drawings, reports, and documentation, apply IS codes and software tools like ETABS & STAAD.Pro, and gain hands-on exposure to live consultancy projects.
