We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader who can drive end-to-end digital transformation using Lean principles and Generative AI. This role blends process excellence, automation, AI innovation, and change management to help the organization streamline operations, enhance customer and employee experiences, and create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Road Mapping
- Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap grounded in Lean methodologies.
- Identify high-value use cases for Gen AI adoption across functions (e.g., operations, customer service, HR, supply chain).
- Align initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements, and ROI expectations.
2. Process Excellence & Lean Deployment
Map and analyze current processes to remove waste and optimize workflows.Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.Build Lean culture and capability across cross-functional teams.3. Generative AI Implementation
Evaluate, design, and implement Gen AI models and tools for automation, content generation, insights, and decision support.Collaborate with data, IT, and security teams on model integration, governance, and risk management.Measure adoption, performance, and business value of AI solutions.4. Change & Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders to drive adoption of digital and AI initiatives.Communicate value, enable training, and manage stakeholder expectations.Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning.5. Governance, Compliance & Ethics
Establish standards for responsible Gen AI use, including data privacy, transparency, and bias mitigation.Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Define KPIs for efficiency, cost savings, customer impact, and digital ROI.Provide leadership with updates, dashboards, and recommendations.Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's or master's in business, engineering, data / AI, or related field.10+ years in digital transformation, continuous improvement, or process innovation.Proven experience applying Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.Hands-on exposure to AI initiatives or automation projects (Gen AI preferred).Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.Preferred :
Certifications : Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), Agile, PMP, or AI / ML credentials.Experience with cloud platforms, data governance, or low-code / no-code tools.Background in industries such as manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, or tech.
