Project Manager - French speaking

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, someone who can guide teams, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned while our iGaming platform evolves and grows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

PROJECT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

Lead projects from start to finish—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You'll define scope, set realistic goals, and work with stakeholders to ensure everyone understands what we're building and why.

PLANNING & COORDINATION

Develop detailed project plans that include schedules, resources, risk management, and budgets. Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and vendors to keep everything moving forward and ensure timely delivery.

PROGRESS TRACKING & PROBLEM-SOLVING

Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and address issues as they come up. You'll run regular status meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans when reality requires it.

BUDGET & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Manage project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively. You'll make sure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Identify potential project risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies. You'll help the team navigate challenges before they become blockers.

DOCUMENTATION & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Keep project documentation organized and accessible. Ensure deliverables meet specifications and client requirements through practical quality assurance processes.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

Build strong working relationships with clients. You'll be a key point of contact, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery that keeps clients satisfied.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

6-8 years of project management experience, preferably in Software development - product-based environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.

FRENCH LANGUAGE SKILLS

French language proficiency would be a valuable advantage for working with our French-speaking clients and markets.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE

Solid understanding of project management methodologies—whether it's Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches. You know how to choose the right methodology for the project context.

TECHNICAL TOOLS

Comfortable with project management tools like MS Project and JIRA. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You use tools to make work easier, not more complicated.

COMMUNICATION & LEADERSHIP

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can lead teams effectively, facilitate productive conversations, and translate between technical and business stakeholders.

ORGANIZATION SKILLS

Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks effectively. You're organized without being rigid, and you know when to focus on what matters most.

PROBLEM-SOLVING APPROACH

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. You can navigate ambiguity, find practical solutions, and help teams move forward when they're stuck.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Experience managing client relationships and project expectations. You know how to set realistic expectations, communicate clearly about progress, and maintain trust even when challenges arise.
