Job Title : Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

Department : Warehouse & Logistics

Location : Gurgaon, Haryana

Reporting To : Warehouse Manager / Operations Head

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Warehouse Operations team in Gurgaon. The role involves overseeing and executing key warehouse functions such as Inwarding, Inventory Management, Dispatch, and Returns, ensuring accuracy, speed, and operational excellence.

Candidates with experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or E-commerce environments will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations across Inwarding, Inventory, Dispatch, and Returns.

Ensure timely receipt and proper documentation of all inbound shipments.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.

Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.

Handle return orders efficiently, including quality checks and system updates.

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments for smooth execution.

Prepare and analyze daily / weekly MIS reports on warehouse performance.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines.

Supervise and train warehouse staff as per operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

1–6 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations.

Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum, EasyEcom, etc.).

Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preference for candidates from D2C / E-commerce / Retail brands.
