Job description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process : job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, compliance, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Experience Required :

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with internships may also be considered).
