Your Job

The Analyst plays a critical role in managing supplier quotations, ensuring accurate master data maintenance in SAP. The role involves updating Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Lead Times (LT) in SAP to reflect accurate sourcing information. The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement data integrity and support global supply chain decisions.

Our Team

We are part of the Global Quotations and Pricing team, responsible for managing supplier negotiations at a global level and ensuring that the agreed pricing is accurately maintained and updated in the SAP system.

What You Will Do

Working closely with different stakeholders, launch, manage and maintain supplier quotations and do should costing for mechanical categories for Molex's global supply chain.
Perform monthly audits to identify variances in Purchase Orders (POs), Info Records, and supplier contracts.
Ensure accurate maintenance of PIRs, lead times, and pricing in SAP post-negotiation.
Work closely with procurement and sourcing teams to finalize supplier awards.
Continuously update SAP MM data to reflect real-time procurement decisions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical

Hands-on experience in managing PIRs and lead-time updates within SAP MM.

Data analytical capability with respect to data mining, data visualization

Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders

What Will Put You Ahead

Prior experience in a contract manufacturing environment.

Exposure to manufacturing and production processes.
