Job Title : Collection Officer

Location : Hoshiarpur, Punjab

CTC : Up to 5 LPA

Experience : Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities :

Manage collections for secured & unsecured loan accounts.

Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits for timely recoveries.

Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collections (Banking / NBFC preferred).

Good communication, negotiation, and field recovery skills.

Knowledge of local geography and willingness to travel.
