Job descriptionWork with design, brand & copy teams to shape stories Use performance data to optimize and tweak content Help shape the brand’s voice across platforms Be part of on-ground brand activations Help turn IRL moments into digital buzz Support event planning, coverage & content capture Ensure end-to-end client success (that’s the name of the game, right?) Have a client-first approach and ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables. Maintain and nurture client-agency relationship. 1–2 years of social media experience (brand, agency or startup) Strong grip on Reels + short-form content trends A marketing background (degree or real-world) Curiosity to learn and jump into on-ground events A creative POV, we want your taste & ideas Basic video editing skills Influencer or UGC experience A smart meme sense
