Key Responsibilities :

Program Governance & Delivery :

  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud (v25) across multiple business units in the ITeS environment.
  • Establish and manage a robust program governance framework, including PMO dashboards, RAID logs, and KPI scorecards.
  • Align program objectives with enterprise digital transformation strategy, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • Manage vendor and Oracle relationships for SLA adherence, patching, and quarterly release upgrades.
  • Drive change control and impact assessments for new features in quarterly Oracle updates.

Functional & Technical Oversight :

  • Oversee functional leads for core modules :
  • a. Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

    b. Procurement (Sourcing, Self-Service, Supplier Portal)

    c. Supply Chain (Inventory, Cost Management, Order Management)

    d. HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning)

    e. Projects and Analytics (OTBI, Fusion Analytics Warehouse)

  • Work with architects on integration strategy (OIC, REST APIs, SOA Gateway, PaaS extensions).
  • Ensure adherence to Oracles Unified Methodology (OUM) or equivalent agile / hybrid frameworks.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management :

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, Business Process Owners, and Executive Sponsors.
  • Conduct regular steering committee sessions with CXOs to review progress, risks, and ROI.
  • Drive organizational change management (OCM) and user adoption through training and enablement plans.
  • Communicate release impacts, new features, and best practices from Oracle Cloud updates.
  • Risk, Compliance & Quality :

  • Maintain comprehensive risk management, security, and audit compliance aligned with SOX, SOC2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Ensure that data migration, master data governance (MDG), and security roles adhere to ITeS compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct QA audits, performance testing, and regression testing for every quarterly Oracle release.
  • Team Leadership :

  • Manage cross-functional teams including Oracle consultants, developers, integration architects, and business SMEs.
  • Mentor and build internal Oracle Fusion CoE (Center of Excellence) for continuous innovation.
  • Establish KPIs for the program team delivery velocity, quality metrics, defect leakage, user adoption, and business benefits.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • On-time and on-budget delivery of Oracle Fusion projects.
  • % of automated workflows and reduction in manual processes.
  • Quarterly upgrade success rate and post-release issue count.
  • Business satisfaction scores and adoption metrics.
  • Cost savings or productivity improvements achieved through Oracle Cloud deployment.
  • Preferred Certifications :

  • Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Professional (any module)
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL v4
  • Change Management (PROSCI)
