Role : Snowflake Architect / Lead

Location : Pune (Initial onboarding); then Remote (India-based)

Shift Timing (Post Travel) : 3 : 30 AM 11 : 30 AM IST

Travel Requirement : Must be open to travel to Papua New Guinea (PNG) for the first 23 months of the assignment

Experience : 12+ Years

Primary Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement scalable, secure Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions.
• Lead ETL / ELT pipeline development using DBT, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Manage deployments on Azure cloud, optimizing for performance and cost.
• Enforce banking domain-specific compliance, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture with requirements.
• Guide data engineers and lead technical delivery.
• Perform tuning, optimization, and architectural reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with Snowflake and Azure best practices.
