Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in the Mohali district. The Placement Coordinator will actively facilitate and manage placement activities, establish strong relationships with companies, and ensure seamless communication between students and recruiters. Responsibilities include coordinating campus recruitment drives, guiding students throughout the placement process, networking with employers to increase placement opportunities, and maintaining placement records. The role requires regular interaction with students, recruiters, and faculty to enhance the employability of students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively work with students, employers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to provide professional and timely support during placements.
• Experience in Recruiting and Education is highly desirable.
• Understanding of campus placement dynamics and trends in the job market.
• Problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is preferred but not required.
