HCM Cloud Functional Lead

Job Description

Expert knowledge of the human capital management (HCM) domain is required, covering the entire hire to retire cycle with 8-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate has been part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud.

The role requires a functional lead in talent management and recruiting, as well as core HR module, with an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow.
