Role Overview :

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees in Recruitment and Business Development . This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, client interactions, and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Support business development activities, including client research, lead generation, and outreach.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to proposal development.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and business development activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
