About The Role :

We're looking for an exceptional Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled storyteller who can transform raw footage into visually stunning, emotionally engaging, and brand-consistent content. You'll be working on a variety of video formats, from short-form social media videos to long-form YouTube or campaign content that reaches and resonates with our audience. This role requires a strong focus on not just cutting video, but also creating and integrating high-quality motion graphics and visual effects .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Design, animate, and integrate motion graphics including kinetic typography, lower-thirds, explainer elements, and visual effects (VFX) seamlessly into video content.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all video content.
  • Add visual effects, transitions, sound effects, and background scores that elevate storytelling.
  • Color-correct, stabilize, and enhance footage to meet professional standards.
  • Manage raw footage, organize media assets, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
  • Stay up to date with current video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in professional video editing and motion graphics, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or digital content environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, interviews, explainers, ads) video work, with clear examples of original motion graphic design .
  • Exceptional sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animation.

    • Technical Skills : Must be proficient In

    Core Editing : Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - for professional cutting and assembly

    Motion Graphics / VFX : After Effects - for motion graphics design, composting, and visual effects.

    Audio : Adobe Audition – for mixing, enhancement, and professional sound design.

    Optional but Preferred

  • CapCut Pro, Descript, or Runway (for AI-assisted editing workflows).
  • Frame.io or similar tools (for collaboration and review).

    • Preferred Qualities

  • Strong creative instincts and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Keeps up with digital trends, transitions, and editing styles that perform well on social media.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.
  • Organized and efficient, with strong time management and file handling discipline.
