BIM MEP Specialist

Position : BIM MEP Specialist

Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Experience :

3+ years in BIM MEP Modeling (US / UK Projects preferred)

Software :

Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed

MEP BIM models

(Mechanical & Plumbing) using Revit as per project standards.

Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration and clash detection.

Prepare coordinated BIM drawings, layouts, and documentation.

Review design intent and convert 2D drawings / specifications into accurate 3D MEP models.

Perform

clash detection

using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.

Maintain BIM project templates, families, and libraries as per international standards.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assigned modeling tasks.

Support BIM Coordinators / Leads in project setup and QA / QC reviews.

Key Skills & Requirements

Proficient in

Revit MEP

and

Navisworks Manage .

Good understanding of

MEP systems design , codes, and standards.

Experience with

LOD 300–350

modeling or higher.

Hands-on experience in

US / UK / UAE-based BIM projects

is preferred.

Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
