Responsibilities : (Limited but not restricted)
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Pitch products / services effectively through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize digital marketing insights and tools to identify prospects and enhance outreach.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to shape business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the digital marketing / advertising sector).Strong knowledge of business development strategies and digital marketing basics.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles.Proficiency in MS Office, digital platforms, and presentation tools.Strong track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
