Talent Development Coordinator
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Function)
- Assists with all aspects of the coordination of corporate Talent Development and Employee Engagement program initiatives, such as administration of the company swag store, company engagement portal, and company gift card program.
- Perform general administration of the internal Learning Management System (Workday Learning)
- Coordinates learning programs, including leadership development cohorts, ensuring seamless operation and participant engagement.
- Curate learning materials for corporate program initiatives (i.e., job aids, curriculums, etc).
- Manage verbal and written communications for specific corporate program initiatives.
- Reports quarterly on Program Metrics to measure success of programs.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experienceDesired Qualifications / Skills
Learning Management System administration experience, ideally Workday LMSProficient in Google Workspace (i.e., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Slides)
