Job description3–5 years of hands-on Flutter development experience. Strong knowledge of Dart programming and Flutter architecture. Experience with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX). Knowledge of Firebase / Push Notifications / Payment Gateway integration. Strong understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications. Familiarity with App Store (iOS) & Play Store (Android) deployment. Experience working in Fintech / NBFC domain is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with native Android / iOS development (Kotlin / Swift). Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar). About the Role
IBL Finance, an NSE Listed NBFC, is looking for skilled Flutter Developers to build and maintain high-performing mobile applications for our fintech products. Candidates must have strong expertise in Flutter and prior experience in building financial, banking, or fintech applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Work closely with product managers and UI / UX teams to deliver user-friendly and secure apps.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Ensure applications meet NBFC / financial compliance and security standards.
- Debug, test, and maintain applications for smooth performance.
- Collaborate with backend developers for API integration.
