Job Summary : The DevOps Manager is responsible for leading and managing the DevOps team, driving the implementation and adoption of DevOps practices, tools, and processes across the organization. This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient software delivery pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience : Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps & AWS Cloud Platform

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud platforms

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD) practices.

Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and configuration management tools.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator, or similar).

Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Location : This position can be based in any of the following locations : Gurgaon
