Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PCG RM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring quality-based HNI clients through effective networking, leveraging databases, and staying updated with market intelligence. They should possess a substantial portfolio of their own client relationships and demonstrate a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and manage HNI clients, focusing on mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and structured products.
- Promote the Focus Product of the month to clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding and engagement.
- Utilize industry expertise to manage bank AUM for HNI clients effectively.
- Maintain and grow AUM, specifically targeting Equity and Investment products, with a minimum AUM of 25-30 CR.
- Manage a portfolio of 20-25 client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.Proven track record (7-12 years) in the banking and broking industries, specializing in HNI client acquisition and management.Strong knowledge of Equity markets and Investment products, with a minimum AUM of 15-20 CR from Equity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with HNI clients.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Benefits :
