Position : IT Recruiter Intern

Location : Mangalore (Onsite – Only local candidates will be considered)

Duration : 3–6 months Internship

Timings : 11 Am to 8 PM

About the Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team in Mangalore. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and engage top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.

Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

Support the recruitment team in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.

Assist in employer branding activities to attract talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Interest in IT recruitment and technology roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and job portals is a plus.

Stipend :

₹6000 per month (based on performance & skills)

Internship Certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
