Experience : 4-6 years of experience in Housing Loan segment
Job Description :
Sales Target Achievement :
- Drive sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets in loan disbursements within the assigned area.
- Monitor and push the sales numbers and strive to exceed budgeted targets.
- Hire, mentor, and supervise a team of 8-10 Sales Managers or officers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Motivate team members and ensure their productivity and effectiveness in achieving sales and customer service goals.
Business Development :
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in the assigned region.Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Builders, channel partners, and Connectors / DSAs, to facilitate lead generation and business growth.Sales Process & Compliance / Market Intelligence :
Oversee the end-to-end loan process, from sourcing leads, customer acquisition, loan application, documentation, to final approval and disbursal.Ensure all sales and loan processes comply with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.Work closely with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.Gather market insights related to competitors, pricing, and customer demands in the housing segment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
