Non-Technical Recruiter (Accounts, Finance, Marketing, Engineering & Construction)

Shift timings : 6 PM -4 AM IST

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team, with a strong focus on non-technical roles across diverse industries. This role will primarily be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Drafting, and Construction Project Management .

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for non-technical positions.

Role Specialization : Source and evaluate candidates for a broad range of roles, including but not limited to :

Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers

Marketing Coordinators, Managers, Content Specialists

Electrical Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Drafters

Construction Project Managers, Estimators

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for mid-level to senior roles in manufacturing, AEC (architecture, engineering, construction), or industrial sectors.
