Role Overview :
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and ML-based solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, and Kafka / Kinesis.
- Architect and implement data lake and warehouse solutions following best practices.
- Build and deploy ML models for classification, prediction, and anomaly detection.
- Automate workflows and orchestration with Airflow or Step Functions.
- Enable self-service analytics through tools like ThoughtSpot and QuickSight Q.
- Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and compliance.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and ML.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Hands-on experience with AWS data stack (Glue, Redshift, S3, Athena, Lambda).Proven expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and performance optimization.Experience deploying ML models using scikit-learn, XGBoost, or SageMaker.Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark / EMR).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Bedrock, Vector DBs, RAG).Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, and model versioning.Prior team leadership or ownership of end-to-end projects.AWS, Data Engineering, or ML certifications and / or open-source contributions.Why Join Eltropy?
