Key Responsibilities

• Research and understand product features, workflows, and technical processes.
• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, manuals, help articles, and FAQs.
• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather information and validate content.
• Assist in creating content for blogs, tutorials, and release notes.
• Review existing documentation and suggest improvements for structure, clarity, and usability.
• Ensure content adheres to the company's tone, style, and branding guidelines.
