Job Description :

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift platforms on Azure / AWS.
• Perform cluster maintenance including patching, configuration changes, and operator management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pods, services, CRDs, storage classes, and networking.
• OpenShift cluster creation and management in ROSA / ARO.
• Creating / updating ansible playbook for Maximo Application suite installation.
• Monitoring setup using tools like Instana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with Maximo developers and functional teams for environment readiness.
• Backup and restore policy implementation for Cluster, Customer resources, Mongo DB.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and container lifecycle management.
• Use infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for provisioning.
• Create system documentation, runbooks, and participate in disaster recovery testing.
• Work with security teams to harden and audit Maximo environments.
• Perform certificate management and ensure compliance with ITIL practices.
• Infrastructure sizing assessment for Cluster setup.
• 5-10 years of experience in Linux and OpenShift administration.
• Hands-on experience with Installation and configuration of OpenShift clusters in Azure / AWS.
• Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills (e.g. , Bash, Python) and experience with MongoDB databases.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Preferred to have experience with Maximo Application Suite setup on Azure / AWS.
• Preferred Certifications : Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
