Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Engineer at IAMOPS | Growth Fanatic As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible to managing infrastructure as code (IaC), software development, continuous integration, system administration, and Linux. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, automating deployment processes, maintaining CI / CD pipelines, optimising system performance, and resolving incidents.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills :

Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows fundamentals.
Strong knowledge of Network fundamentals.
Understanding of strong coding and scripting skills, especially in Python.

Role and Responsibility

Design, build, maintain and scale production services across multiple environments over cloud / on-prem deployments

Cooperate with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure highly available and scalable production systems

Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Provide training and documentation to teams on DevOps best practices, tools, and processes.

Improving and enhancing our monitoring solutions.

Defining methodology that supports internal teams' processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have hands on experience of 4+ years

Extensive hands-on experience with multi cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP.

Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Scripting skills in Python and Terraform.

Software development background Advantage.

System monitoring and centralized logging platforms (ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, OpenTelemtry).

Vast experience in production environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills is must.

Certifications in relevant DevOps technologies and cloud environment are a plus.
