We are hiring a strong, experienced, and creative video content creator who can manage end-to-end content production for multiple clients.

Role : Senior Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager This role involves complete video creation, editing, content planning, and posting across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities Video Editing (Primary Role) Edit 60–90 high-quality reels per month

Add subtitles, transitions, hooks, effects, and branded elements

Create promo videos, testimonials, product videos, and ad creatives

Convert raw footage into engaging and high-performing content

Social Media Management Plan monthly content calendars

Schedule and post daily content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)

Write captions, scripts, and content hooks

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy

Creative Content & Design Create thumbnails, banners, and carousel posts

Maintain consistent brand identity across all content

Coordination & Workflow Guide teams on how to shoot high-quality raw footage

Ensure timely delivery of edited content (within 24–48 hours)

Coordinate with the marketing team for ongoing campaign requirements

Required Skills Expertise in Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Strong creative sense and fast editing capability

Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats

Basic scriptwriting and storytelling skills

Knowledge of Canva or Figma for design work

Experience using AI tools for ideation and content assistance

Who Should Apply 2–4 years of agency or brand-side experience

Strong portfolio of reels and short-form video work (mandatory)

Ability to handle multiple brands and content requirements

Willing to work full-time from the Noida office
