Job Description :
- Team Building : Take responsibility for building and expanding your sales team using your personal network and connections. Identify potential candidates for recruitment and ensure a strong, motivated team is in place.
- Training & Motivation : Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer handling. Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Business Development : Plan and organize sales visits to clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities. Identify potential markets and strategies to maximize business growth.
- Team Development : Provide guidance, mentorship, and continuous support to team members to enhance their performance. Monitor progress and implement strategies to increase productivity and revenue.
- Meetings & Reporting : Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review team performance, address challenges, and align team efforts with business objectives. Prepare reports and share insights with senior management for decision-making.
Required Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 6 months in Field Sales or Marketing.Education : Graduate in any stream.Age : 21 to 40 years.Compensation : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits.Skills Required
