We are seeking a seasoned and passionate

CRM & Fashion Consultant

with

4-5 years of experience

in ethnic wear. This role is ideal for a professional who deeply appreciates the

kaarigari

of Indian ethnic garments and possesses the persuasive skills to guide clients in choosing the perfect attire to complement their personality and create lasting memories.

You will be the vital link between our exquisite collections and our clientele, combining advanced styling expertise with effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Client Management & Styling Strategy

Personalized Client Welcome :

Collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure all garments are prepared and ready for client presentation, providing a seamless and premium experience.

Advanced Styling Recommendations :

Engage with clients to deeply understand their requirements, occasions, and style preferences, offering bespoke styling solutions and recommending the perfect looks.

Sales Strategy Implementation :

Actively assist and support the sales team in implementing defined sales strategies to maximize performance and achieve targets.

Rapport Building :

Skillfully build and nurture long-term relationships between the client and our garments, enhancing brand loyalty.

B. Brand Support & Creative Input

Trend & Market Analysis :

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging ethnic fashion trends, ensuring accurate and relevant styling advice.

Creative Content Collaboration :

Recommend innovative styling ideas and trends to the Social Media team for content creation.

Digital Illustration (Value-Add) :

Utilize skills in digital illustration to quickly sketch / visualize customized looks, style ideas, or minor modifications for clients during the consultation process.

Events & Exhibitions :

Provide dedicated support to the team by engaging potential clients and presenting garments effectively at brand events and exhibitions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience :

4-5 years of professional experience

in high-end ethnic wear consulting, styling, or retail management is mandatory.

Communication & Persuasion :

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills with a proven ability to engage and build trust with diverse clients.

Education :

A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Styling, Design, Merchandising, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Creative Skills :

Proficiency or working knowledge of

digital illustration

or sketching software (e.g., Procreate, Adobe Sketch) is a significant advantage.
