About Neo Sculpt6 :

Neo Sculpt6 is a premium Aesthetic clinic based in Jayanagar, Bangalore, offering a complete range of skin treatments & procedures, hair transplants, cosmetology, and plastic surgery services.

Our mission is to combine medical expertise with advanced technology to deliver natural, safe, and effective results in a modern, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Clinical, Aesthetic Care & Hair Transplant

  • Perform consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for dermatological and cosmetic concerns.
  • Conduct and supervise aesthetic procedures such as :

o Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Reduction, Skin Rejuvenation

o PRP / GFC for Hair & Skin o Botox & Fillers

o Micro-needling, Hydrafacial, and Energy-based treatments (Laser, RF, HIFU)

  • Conduct Hair Transplant for patients.
  • Recommend personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history.
  • Ensure highest standards of safety, hygiene, and documentation during all procedures.

    • Patient Relationship & Experience

  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-care.
  • Build lasting relationships through transparent communication and consistent results.
  • Work closely with the counselling and marketing teams to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Team Collaboration & Training

  • Guide therapists and nurses on procedure protocols and patient preparation.
  • Participate in clinical discussions, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Compliance & Professionalism
  • Adhere to all medical, ethical, and clinical safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and consent documentation.
  • Uphold the Neo Sculpt6 brand promise of quality, compassion, and excellence.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology from a recognized institution.
  • Experience of 1 year in Cosmetic Dermatology, Hair Transplant and Aesthetic procedures preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Patient-centric approach with attention to detail and results.
  • Familiarity with laser systems, injectables, and clinic management software is an advantage.
