Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of GenAI agents using Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
• Build RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and implement prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Integrate with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus to enable intelligent search and retrieval.
• Optimize and maintain scalable AI / ML pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define AI strategies, and lead delivery efforts.
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
• Mandatory : Must be available to work from the office 5 days a week.
