Job Title : Podcast Editor (Remote – Full-Time)

Experience Required : Minimum 2–3 years in video / audio editing (podcast / long-form preferred)

Compensation : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & portfolio quality)

Medical Centric is a fast-growing health-education media brand creating long-form podcasts and short-form content watched by millions. We sit at the intersection of medicine, storytelling, and digital media—and we’re looking for a Podcast Editor who can turn raw conversations into engaging, binge-worthy episodes and social clips.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcast episodes (video + audio) for YouTube and audio platforms.

Cut 10–20 short clips per episode for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms

Clean up audio (basic noise reduction, EQ, balancing levels) for clear, professional soun

Add subtitles / captions, basic graphics, and transitions (no heavy VFX require

Collaborate with the host, creative director, and thumbnail team to finalize each epis

Organize project files, maintain version control, and meet weekly publishing deadl

Qualifica

Proven experience editing podcasts, talk shows, or long-form YouTube co
