The Role :
We're looking for a Designer who can take full ownership of design end to end—from revamping our website to solving real design challenges for a highly complex B2B organization. We need someone who can make complex information not just understandable, but impressive.
Since our marketing team is lean and the founders are hands-on, you'll often be their right hand—turning ambitious ideas into reality with minimal handholding.
What you'll own : Strategic :
- Website redesigns that actually convert
- Brand architecture and guidelines across multiple touchpoints
- Orchestrating complex GTM messaging into digestible, beautiful experiences
Execution :
Design for campaigns & events : Create assets for both offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages)Sales enablement materials : Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layoutsContent design : Elevate whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging formatsWeb & landing page visuals : Design and refine website pages and landing page layouts in FigmaQuick-turn requests : Handle day-to-day design asks with speed and creativityWhat we're looking for :
3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer in the B2B space (agency experience preferred)Proficiency in :Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Figma (for web / landing page and collaborative design)Canva (for quick-turn marketing asks)Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and webComfort with open-ended briefs—you can transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputsHigh operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising qualityWhat success looks like in 3 months :
