About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Sales Intern who will help manage outbound prospecting, initiate client conversations, and support lead handling from Meta Ads campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, social selling, and client acquisition via digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outbound & Lead Generation
- Search, identify, and connect with high-potential prospects on LinkedIn
- Initiate meaningful conversations using personalized outreach scripts
- Maintain and organize lead lists using spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Track conversation progress, responses, and follow-ups
Lead Management (Meta Ads)
Monitor incoming leads generated through Facebook / Instagram adsQualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirementCoordinate with the sales team for call scheduling and handoverMaintain clarity and transparency in lead status and updatesReporting & Documentation
Maintain daily and weekly reports on outreach and lead conversationsOrganize call notes, lead responses, and follow-up schedulesShare insights on message performance and improve outreach strategyWhat We're Looking For
