Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in US Individual Taxation (Federal & State). 6–12 months of review experience in 1040. Experience working with CCH Axcess and SurePrep Leadsheet (preferred). Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce / Finance or related field US CPA / CA (ICAI) preferred (or eligible to pursue) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of Form 1040 individual tax returns.
- Exposure to Form 1041 is an added advantage.
- Managing multiple client engagements with high accuracy and quality.
- Delivering excellent client service while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Collaborating with team members and also working independently.
- Staying updated with US tax regulations and being open to learning additional forms as per business needs.
