Operations Executive

Role Description

Assist the Head of Operations in day-to-day coordination and follow-ups with internal teams.

Maintain project trackers, timelines, and reports in Excel / Google Sheets.

Prepare weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

Track progress across design and execution projects; highlight any delays or issues.

Organize team meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Handle administrative documentation, vendor records, and internal communication.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the operations function.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, reporting).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or project-based industries will be an added advantage.
