About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of projects by managing schedules, communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. You will act as the central link between managers, engineers, and partners, helping ensure deliverables are met on time, risks are addressed, and project updates are clear and consistent.

This role requires someone who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, anticipate bottlenecks, and drive collaboration across teams.

Key Reponsibilities

Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Track progress against timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Maintain risk and issue logs; escalate when necessary.

Act as the primary point of contact for project updates.

Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and circulate minutes.

Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation (requirements, change requests, reports).

Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Support implementation of project management best practices.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a tech or engineering environment .

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in stakeholder management.

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
