Job description

Experience Required : 6 months to 1.5 years

B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or related relevant degree.

6 months to 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.

Proven experience sourcing and screening IT candidates across various levels (junior to senior).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings simultaneously.

Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools would be a plus.

Passionate about technology and eager to learn continuously.

Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
