Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer Faculty based in Kathmandu , Nepal . The role involves teaching principles of interior design, guiding students in developing their creative and technical abilities, and evaluating their progress. Responsibilities include creating and delivering lesson plans, mentoring students, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated with industry trends. Collaborating with other faculty members and contributing to the improvement of curriculum programs are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design and selection
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to inspire and mentor students, fostering their creativity
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Teaching experience or prior experience in an academic setting is a plus
