Pega Developer

• 7-14 years’ experience as a Developer
• Proficiency in developing complex Pega applications, including the use of advanced features such as declarative rules, decision tables, and integrations with external systems.
• Experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems using Pega Connectors, REST / SOAP services, and message queues.
• Knowledge of building user interfaces in Pega, including harnesses, sections, dynamic layouts, and responsive design.
• Understanding of Pega's data model and ability to design and optimize data structures, data pages, and data transforms.
• Knowledge of implementing security measures and access control mechanisms in Pega applications.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
• Ability to adapt in fast paced work environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Software Program Management
