RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in daily standup / evaluate urgent Production issues and recommend course of action
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- Support to HCM Functional teams on Workflow, Approval, Fast formulas, HDL, HSDL Loaders & HCM Extracts.
- The individual will have to work on BI Reports, OTBI reports, Dashboards and HCM Extracts.
- Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, understand, maps to the business needs.
- Prepare Technical Documentation including design documents, technical specifications and user guides
- Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement.
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

Fluency in EnglishHands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle projectWorkflows, HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Configurations, VBCS & Redwood UIBusiness process knowledge of Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent ManagementMinimum Qualifications :
6 – 12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions ( Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management)4-6 years of support experienceExcellent communication skills to work with agile teamCandidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.Skills Required
