Brokerage Compliance Responsibilities

1. Carrier Vetting & Document Verification :

• Verify all carrier documents before onboarding.
• Check carrier history on Truckstop, MyCarrierPackets, and SaferWeb.
• Ensure carriers meet all FMCSA compliance requirements.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of UCR, IFTA, IRP, FMCSA regulations.

Experience in logistics compliance ( brokerage and carrier ).

Proficiency with compliance tools such as Truckstop, MyCarrierPackets, SaferWeb, Alvys.

Understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.

Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle insurance claims and coordinate with carriers and providers.
