Job Title : Quality Analyst (Manual Automation)

Location : Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience : 3+ Years

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is typically required (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.SC(CS)). A master's degree can be a plus.

Responsibilities :

Plan and define test strategies with the development team.
Design and execute manual & automated test cases.
Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regression, performance, and load testing.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
Implement process improvements and testing best practices.
Maintain documentation of test plans, cases, and results.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of test automation, test strategy, and regression testing.

Proficiency in tools / frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, JIRA (or similar).

Hands-on programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or Ruby for automation scripting.

Knowledge of various testing methodologies (manual, automation, regression, performance).

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report results.
