Job description :

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid foundation in networking concepts to monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the smooth operation of network systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure continuous availability.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic networking issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Work in a 24x7 shift environment ensuring round-the-clock monitoring and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document operational procedures, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
